Training is an integral part of ensuring that your users are being productive. There is no sense in giving them top-of-the-line hardware and software if they don't know how to use it properly.
Double Exposure offers several ways of handling the difficult issues involved in training:
Group Training: Upgrading equipment or software? One of our expert trainers will come to your site for as long as necessary, and teach a curriculum that makes sense for YOU. We'll even help you to set up equipment to use for the training.
Individual Training: New employee, promotion or a limited software trial? We'll sit with any user for as long as necessary right at his or her desk, and make sure that the user has every tool available to do the job.
Cross-Platform Training: Switching from Windows to Macintosh? We have significant expertise in training Windows users to use Mac OS X, and the differences and similarities inherent. We'll help convert all data, and teach the users keystroke by keystroke how to use their new computers. We can also train Mac users how to use Windows, but who'd ever want to do that?
The Double Exposure Install & Train Program: This service is designed for clerical assistants and new employees. When you need to do a system upgrade or train a replacement who is not so familiar with the system you're using, we will actually install someone for a specified period of time to not only perfect the computer, but also to help the user do his or her job! This way we make sure that the software works the way it should and that the user knows exactly how to do the job necessary!
