24 Hour Support: Any client who is on retainer with us (either by contract or by on-site consulting) gets 24 hour/7 day support from us; no matter when a problem occurs, we will be either solve the problem on the phone, or if necessary, visit to resolve the crisis as soon as possible.
Expert Access: We do not create the illusion that every consultant knows everything there is to know; we ensure that any representative of Double Exposure who goes out into the field has access to our extensive network of experts in order to get the correct and complete answers for our clients.
