Here's how it works:
1) You identify all of the requirements of the job you are seeking to fill, including salary range.
2) We find and screen people who are qualified for what YOU are looking for (not just those with a good smile).
3) We send you resumes of applicants who meet OUR critical criteria, and you decide who you want to see. There is no commitment and no cost associated with any part of this process.
4) When you decide that someone would be a good fit, Double Exposure, Inc. PLACES them at your location for three months. We supervise and mediate to ensure that they are right for your company.
5) At the end of the three months, if the person is happy and you are happy, you hire them as an employee for NO ADDITIONAL FEE! If it is not working out perfectly, then you have the choice of continuing to use the person as a consultant, or finding someone else to try.
That's all there is to it. No hidden fees, no surprises. And you have the ability to dismiss a consultant at any time if you are unhappy. Try to find that kind of commitment from any other placement company. You won't.
