On-Site Support
Double Exposure Technology Consulting offers several ways for you to utilize our expert services at your location. Unlike other consulting companies, we train our people to ensure that our clients are as self-sufficient as possible; we do not try to self-perpetuate ourselves. Whether you are an individual home user or a large corporation, any of the following options are available:
Hourly Consulting: One or more of our consultants will come to your site at a convenient time and work to solve specific problems or perform short-term tasks. We bill you only for the time used, plus a small fee for travel time (if applicable). Our consultants are not clock-watchers, and we will always be fair to you. This option is available for a minimum of 2 hours.
Block Hour Contract: We offer multiple levels of block hour contracts, in which you pay in advance for a certain number of hours to be used at your site (at a significant cost savings), and then those hours are utilized as necessary. This option is available for a minimum of 20 hours.
Weekly Placements: One of our consultants would be placed at your site for a week at a time during your regular business hours (normally 35 hours/week). Once again, this option offers a significant cost savings over paying an hourly rate.
Project Management: Have a big move coming up? Want to upgrade the entire company's computer system? Double Exposure Technology Consultants would present a "project proposal" to you, in which a team of consultants (as necessary) would perform the specific short-term job that you need done. We would give you a cost summary in advance, and you would pay for the project, NOT for the hours used. This means that WE take the responsibility if something goes wrong and you will NEVER be billed more than we told you, unless you change or add to the project.
The Double Exposure Install & Train Program: This service is designed for clerical assistants and new employees. When you need to do a system upgrade or train a replacement who is not so familiar with the system you're using, we will actually install someone for a specified period of time to not only perfect the computer, but also to help the user do his or her job! This way we make sure that the software works the way it should and that the user knows exactly how to do the job necessary!
